I mainly send with DAO or PostNord. I ship the last 1-3 days from the order being received, but reservations are made for any delays in delivery caused by DAO/PostNord.

Shipping abroad is sent with PostNord.

You have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you:

• Have received your item.
• Takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually.
• Gets physical possession of the last lot or the last part in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase.

In your message, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You are welcome to use a standard cancellation form found here - https://www.emaerket.dk/external-files/pdf/standardcontraydelsformular.pdf , but it is not a requirement.

Without a written agreement, you cannot cancel the purchase by:

• To refuse receipt of the goods.
• Not to pick up goods from the parcel shop / parcel box.
• Simply send the item back.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words; you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. If you cancel the purchase after that, you can only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

When returning goods, please follow the instructions below:

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

You yourself must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods, cf. Consumer Contracts Act § 24, subsection 2

If you wish to return your goods after the 14 days, we are not obliged to accept the return, instead you will in some cases be able to receive a credit note for the amount you want refunded.

I reserve the right to differences in colors from the images you see on your screen, as they can vary from scare to scare. I strive to take as true to color photos as possible, but I cannot guarantee that it corresponds 100% to the real thing.

All hand dyed yarn is different and there will be variations from bold to bold.
When you open the yarn to wind it up, check that the color is correct BEFORE you cut it, as you will have reduced the value of the yarn and a subsequent return amount.
