BRUNDBY TOP
BRUNDBY Top is knitted from top to bottom by first knitting the back piece, then the shoulders, which are joined and knitted as a front piece. The parts are gathered and knitted straight down.
Neckline and armholes are finished with an icord edge.
SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS
A (B) C (D) E (F) G
The top is knitted with a negative ease of 15-20 cm. You must therefore subtract 15-20 cm from your own chest measurement and choose the size that fits best.
Chest width (circumference): 66 (73) 77 (84) 93 (99) 109 cm
Length: 57 (59) 59 (61) 63 (63) 65 cm (Measured from neck edge at the back to the curved edge at the back.)
If you knit the top longer, the yarn consumption may change.
KNITTING STRENGTH
22x29m in double rib on p 3.5 mm (washed and blocked to shape)
YARN CONSUMPTION
If you knit in Cozy Cashmere, the yarn does not have much elasticity, and will therefore not contract much.
For example, if you are knitting in pure merino, which has a lot of elasticity, go up a thread.
125 (125) 125 (150) 175 (175-200) 225g Cozy Cashmere (total in double thread).
150 (150) 200 (200) 200 (250) 300g Pure Merino (in single thread).
